19mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 5/8" Upper Female Coupling. The design of our Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/4¿ of offset misalignment and 45¿ of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 19mm (OD) stirrer shafts. Female Upper Coupling is 5/8". Overall length of the coupling is 4¿. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Stirrer Bearing with side Hose Connection, PTFE, Complete, fits 10mm Shaft, 24/40 Inner Joint. PTFE stirrer bearing with a hose connection for vacuum or inert gas source on a single neck flask. Grease-free design has only glass and PTFE in contact with the reaction, and can be used under moderate vacuum applications. Bearing consists of a threaded glass adapter having the listed inner joint size, a saddle o-ring, a body bushing with a compression and locking nut, and a precision PTFE inner bearing. Saddle o-ring provides vacuum tight seal and is replaceable at a fraction of the cost of the entire bearing. Hose connection is 10mm at the largest serration. PLEASE NOTE: FOR USE ONLY WITH CG-2078 OR CG-2079 PRECISION GROUND AND POLISHED STIRRER SHAFTS.

Stirring Shaft, 10mm, Polished, Glass Agitator, Three-Blade, 445mm OAL, for 500mL Reactors, 66mm OD Agitator. Shaft is precision ground and polished to fit our CG-2076 and CG-2077 10mm PTFE bearings. Designed to be used with cylindrical type reactors. The curved glass blades are spaced 120° apart and angled upward. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER SHAFTS ARE DESIGNED FOR COUNTER-CLOCKWISE ROTATION.

Agitator, PTFE, Four Blade, 6in Diameter, Fits 19mm Shaft Size, 45¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 19mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 and have 45¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. PLEASE NOTE: ANGLED IMPELLARS DESIGNED TO STIR UPWARDS IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION ARE AVAILABLE.
